As a judge, my approach focuses on community safety, restorative justice and accountability, using evidence-based interventions to reach consistent, fair and balanced outcomes.

• Appointed, then elected, as Missoula County Justice of the Peace in 2016; re-elected in 2018.
• 21 years working in public safety as Probation & Parole Officer with the State of Montana.
• Established R.O.A.D. Court (Responsibility, Opportunity and Accountability for Drivers), a DUI treatment court based on national best practices.
• Facilitated increased collaboration among local courts to achieve greater access to courts, efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
